I am happy to answer any and all questions about the content of the book or the process of actually publishing it.<BR/><BR/>The description of my research interests in GSLIS official page needs a little updating: in collaboration with Cheryl Malone at the University of Arizona, we have been looking at the emergence and naturalization of transnational economic spaces such as NAFTA. Specifically we look at development of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). NAICS is the official taxonomy collaboratively brought about and used by the governments of Canada, Mexico and the United States for the purposes of performing economic censuses. <BR/><BR/>I am also doing research on the emergence of “digital collectivities” and the ways in which information technologies and media give rise to novel forms of subjectivity.
